1. Siguraduhing updated ang iyong Loadmanna app
2. Sa iyong Loadmanna app pumunta sa Remittance menu then send to Smart Padala.
3. Mag bigay ng transaction slip sa customer na magpapadala at ipa fillout ito. Humingi ng kopya o xerox copy ng (1) valid ID ng customer na magpapadala. Siguraduhing tama at kumpleto ang details at may pirma ni sender.
(Requirement po ito ng Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas na dapat may copy kayo, magagamit niyo din po ito sa mga susunod na transaction ng parehong sender.)
4. Basahin ang Compliance Checklist at I click ang โ€œI comply, proceed send to Smart Padalaโ€
5. I-register ang Smart Padala / Paymaya na papadalhan.After maregister ng account, hindi niyo na kailangan i-register ulit pag dun ulit kayo magpapadala.
Note: Ang registration po ay nirerequire ng Paymaya. Hindi po mag proproceed ang padala kung hindi po gagawin ang registration.
